We had once visited Pin Si some months ago and were back again to try the food following the renovation. There were some changes such as the missing red carpet and the noisy Formula One roar from the kitchen.That was ok, but one big change was the menu that had been reduced. We tried the Fried Kway Teow with cockles and had Hong Kong style coffee as well.
Though the Fried kway Teow cost $6.00 a plate for an average-sized portion, it was truly worth it. The Fried Kway Teow brought back memories of the good old days where the fried kway teow experts prepared the dish with skill and precision. The Fried Kway Teow was absolutely fantasic..Mmmm


You have got to try it to understand what I mean!

The Hong Kong coffee tasted just like normal coffee, nothing extra special!
