Brought a set meal of the deep fried pomfret and the deep fried enoki mushroom. Firstly, the pomfret was well prepared and cooked. The outer skin has a nice golden brown colour, crispy texture and well seasoned and the flesh of the fish taste fresh. Generous amount of the crispy crust was also given and is not too oily.
