I feel the quality of the yong tau fu is higher than most other stalls.

Firstly and most importantly, this stall has a wide variety of items to choose from. From deep fried stuff to the normal fishcakes that you put into soup.

Furthermore, they fry the fried food again before serving it to you. For example, I like their fried hard-boiled egg which has a crisp layer on it.

I enjoy my noodles both dry and soup. Their soup is really tasty!
They give a lot of noodles which makes me always extremely full after finishing this meal, although I usually order only 5 items. You can ask for less!

Although the queue might be long at times, you need not wait that long because the stall helpers are very efficient.

A very full and delicious lunch meal!
