This place is rather new and the name of the restaurant caught my attention. Confused cooks? Well, indeed the cook has a special taste for their menu. They serve rather special dishes.

The owner recommended us to try out 2 of their special dishes. One was salad with quail eggs and scallop. The other was tofu tiramisu. The salad itself was very light (no dressing) but with fried quail eggs and scallops, it became much tastier but not too overly done. Fried quail eggs are quite innovative since most of the time you would find fried (normal) eggs in other cafes or restaurants.

The other dish, tofu tiramisu, was made with tofu as the name said for itself. It was not too sweet and although it was lack of alcohol, the tofu made the dessert much softer and it actually blends well with the cocoa powder. A must try dish!
