now this, should be what i call a mushroom swiss.at the swiss grill here, they do their usual swiss butchery meat offerings that you can select, marinate and take home for cooking.or you can simply sit in and eat up!it's amazingly delicious.i don't know what I can say that the picture hasn't already said it all. look at the abundance of earthy mushrooms, perfectly melted cheese and a thick juicy patty.LOVE it!
