Bought the honey red tea instead of the usual milk tea that I always buy. Standards seem to be slipping with the tea not as well brewed as before. The proportion of honey to the tea was also too high which made the tea too sweet for my liking. The pearls also seemed over cooked because they are much harder than they should. The proportion of honey to the tea was also too high which made the tea too sweet for my liking. The pearls also seemed over cooked because they are much harder than they should. My companion bought the honey green tea and that seemed slightly better although it seemingly tasted quite artificial. Gong cha used to be really good although not as good and generous as the Hong Kong ones. They need to buck up!
