I ordered their homemade brew, which is called "bamboo water". It is a light green concoction that is mildly sweet and very fragrant. Their porridge is cooked for a long time till it becomes almost like a smooth paste, which is my favourite. I guess some seasoning is added to the porridge, as it tastes very good by itself already. Their porridge is cooked for a long time till it becomes almost like a smooth paste, which is my favourite. I guess some seasoning is added to the porridge, as it tastes very good by itself already. The side dishes are aplenty to choose from... I tried the "chicken claw", which is the feet of the chicken, It is crunchy and I heard very nutritious and good. Then, the fried spinach is lightly fried till fragrant, and excellent with the porridge. There is a unique winter melon soup which they serve in a small coconut or you can ask for it in a bowl, it is a refreshing and tasty soup. The steamed fish is pricy here as they charge by the kilo.
