Eggless vegetarian cake!

Hubby bought this at the Haig road outlet. I had it for breakfast today. Eggless Vegetarian cream cake $2.50 (3pcs for $7.00)I had no idea that this is not a regular bakery and that the cake I just ate was an eggless vegetarian cake. It tasted just like the regular cakes selling at other bakeries! The vanilla sponge is light and fluffy, not too sweet. The cream is as creamy as normal cake...yummilicious!
