I ordered the smallest portion of the stingray. The stingray here is served on a banana leaf, which is supposed to increase the fragrance of the stingray. The stall owners are very generous with the chilli as you can see, the whole stingray is swimming in a sea of chilli. That said, the chilli is not very spicy, so it is still ok.
