I was psyched to have 7" Pizza right at South Spine Koufu because I no longer have to travel over to Hall 1 canteen for this. The pizza stall here is more of a open-concept where you can see them make your pizza, but sometimes I'll see little lapses in the way they prepare like throwing an ingredient onto the pizza when it has fallen onto the table. Well I shall assume that the table is clean. This time I ordered the Hawaiian Pizza ($3.90) and the standard wasn't the same as when it was at Hall

This time I ordered the Hawaiian Pizza ($3.90) and the standard wasn't the same as when it was at Hall 1 canteen. Maybe it's because there are much more orders to handle here. But the crust part of the pizza was rather uncooked, it tasted a little floury, but the good side is that the bottom part wasn't overly burnt. The cheese wasn't sufficiently melted either. Hmm. I guess they could leave it in the oven for a *little* longer to make sure that it is ready before giving it to me...
