Visited this restaurant at basement of Paragon. Crowds is full and have to wait for about 10 mins.

Place is well decorated and with a high platform too. Started to order their signature tempera soba and Shimbashi combo soba set.

Tempera soba ($21.80)
The soup texture is very refreshing and light. There is no MSG stated on the wall too. The tempera consists of vegetables, prawns, green beans, mushrooms etc. Very nice after mixture with tempera sauce.
The noodles is hand made and slightly hard type. But is very nice.

Shimbashi combo soba set($21.80)
The serve with 2 type of soba noodle. One of is is cold and hot type. The taste is different as I like cold type of a lot of ingredients inside and tofu slides. The tempera set served consists is actually same as above. Very nice for those who like soba noodles.

Lastly requested for side dish , Manju desert 2 and Shimbashi roll. Both are very favourable for me. The taste is not so sweet and look alike Mochi but Black Semane seed taste.

Overall is a Good recommendation for soba lovers.
