Holland Village is full of good eats and hidden finds but you can't miss out Crust Pizza to go along with some ice cold beer on a weekend night with good company. Founded by Chef Peter Augoustis, Creative Chef of Crust Pizza, who also won the International Championship at the Pizza Expo in Las Vegas in 2007, six of his pizzas have won the Australian National Heart Foundation Tick of Approval for its low saturated and trans-fat, sodium, and high fibre content. That means, you can indulge in quality pizza ensuring they use the freshest ingredients they can find!I enjoyed the Crust Supreme Pizza ($25) which is their signature pizza. Who can resist the generous variety of ingredients such as Smoked Ham, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, Fresh Green Peppers, Spanish Onions, Pineapple & Kalamata Olives piled on top of the thin crispy crust? This is one of the most classic pizza around and also an all time favourite for many.Seafood lovers like me can't miss out the Seafood Pizza ($28) which has lots of fresh and succulent Marinated Tiger Prawns, Scallops, Mussels. The flavours of the tomato base sauce complemented the seafood toppings very well. Topped with fresh herbs and lemon, it actually heighten the flavour of the sweet and juicy seafood!Fancy something Chinese yet still love induling on a crisp slice of pizza? The Five Spice Pork Belly ($25) pizza was what my friend I had ordered as it is rarely seen. It has a very Asian touch to it with pork belly slices marinated in the five spices overnight. The pear slices, wild rocket and balsamic glaze gave this pizza a rather unique flavour, a juxtapose of East meets West. They have many other popular pizzas too like Wagyu Prawn and Salmon Benedict. Looks like I have to return another time to try them all. I enjoyed the cosy ambiance of this casual restaurant as I could sit by the side-walk and enjoy the sights and sounds of Holland Village. Service here was very friendly too with staffs smiling and coming by our dining table to ask if everything is ok with the pizza. Crust Pizza is one place worth chilling out if you do not like noisy atmosphere like the Wala Wala pub nearby. continue reading

besides spizza, this is currently the best pizza place in singapore! spizza sells paper thin crusts, while the crust here is a bit thicker. there is also more toppings on this pizza than spizza's. the difference is spizza is more italian while crust is more australian. definitely not an italian type pizza place. very aussie. but it's great. everything on the menu is very well matched. even their salads are really great. the tables are pretty small and service is a bit disorganised. but otherwise, it's great pizza. and it's not a round pizza - more oblong... continue reading

As circle line open,it quite convenient for me to holland Vlocated @Lorong Mambong just opposite Wala WalaMe & my friend ordered regular pizzaSausage Duo -It has a tomato base, comes with both Italian & chorizo sausage, caramelised onion &roasted red peppers. This tasted the most like a generic pizza, though I was a bit thrown off by the sweetness of the peppers & onionsWild mushroom pizza -was really good,It had wild mushrooms, asparagus & pine nuts on a da sauce based, topped with truffle oil & shaved parmesan. The flavours went amazingly well, even the pine nuts added a nice nutty touchThe only downside is that there’s no indoor seating. There are limited tables that are under a few fansOverall i rate 8/10 continue reading

True to its declare that: The pizza base is crispy that won’t go soggy (we left aside for 15 mins and the base is still crispy!) Freshest and tastiest ingredients are used – I’ve never tasted such fresh seafood pizza in Singapore Cheese is really exceptional – even a non cheese person like me, fell in love with it Good quality gourmet pizzas!a) Caesar Salad @ $14Mixed Leaf, crispy Prosciutto, Parmesan, Croutons & Anchovies; Egg with Caesar dressingThe portion is not worthy to the amount that we paid for.b) Margherita @ $21Tomato sauce base & fresh Buffalo Mozzarella, garnished with fresh Basilc) Wild Mushroom @ $21Bechamel sauce base, wild marinated Mushroom mix, Asparagus, Pine Nuts & fresh Chilli; Parmesan with a drizzle of Olive Oild) Seafood @ $25Marinated Tiger Prawns, Scallops, Mussels, Sun-dried Tomatoes & Bocconcini, garnished with Fresh Herbs ; a Lemon wedgeWe are very satisfied with the three pizzas, though the servings are smaller and more expensive than usual round pizzas. The quality is good and fresh, especially the seafood pizza. For me, it tasted better than Rocky's pizza for the taste of 'excessive eating' is much lesser at Crust. And lastly, we 'hopelessly' felt that we consumed lesser calories at Crust and this lessen our guilt ;pYes, I'll be back for more quality pizza when my pockets are full ;p continue reading

I found this pizza site through a magazine, i can't remember if there was a promotionthose are austrilian pizza thin crispy crust with fresh ingredients.1) Moroccan Lamb Pizzawell taste good, but alittle bit too dry for the meat. 2) Pepperoni Pizzataste good, not too salty. 3) Satay Chicken Pizzawe like this most, with satay sauce, well could have taste spicier and more towards a real satay dish.. maybe its made to suit everyone's taste hahaoverall, its very filling for 3 person. these can be shared among 3-5 people. depends on individual's appeitite continue reading
