Signature Dishes
It was a very satisfying warm dessert on a cold day after dinner. The aunty at the stall filled the bowl up to brim which made me really happy. Usually for this dessert they don't give many gingko nuts but she gave at least 5 pieces of the expensive nut! The barley together with the tau key thingy was a very good combination. It was sweet but not overly sweetened.

I had chendol for dessert after dinner. There was not enough gula melaka, much less than the amount of milk given. I had to ask for more. The jellies, corn and red bean together with the green things filled the top, a little different from the original. There was grass jelly, pink jelly and corn which made the chendol not so authentic. However, the ice was smooth, so I still enjoyed my dessert!
