This is one of the popular stalls here selling fishball noodles or yong tau foo. The price for a bowl of fishball noodles range from $2 to $3 and I ordered the $2.50 bowl, which is super value for money!Look at the amount of ingredients they gave! The slices of fish cakes, fish balls, her giao and lean meat etc. Even better is knowing that all are handmade! After mixing with my meepok, which was so delicious on its own! I like the sauce and they added in a generous amount of pork lard, no wonder it is so tasty! This stall is one of the few left in Singapore that sells authentic old school noodles! Many people ordered their yong tau foo too, which I'll definitely try the next time continue reading

Long queues were seen during breakfast hours queuing for this stall and have decided to join in and have a try on their fishball noodle. After queuing for about 15 to 20 minutes, it was finally my turn to order. The presentation wise is not that appealing with the ingredients spread around the noodle. The noodle is well cooked, soft and QQ texture. Seasoning wise has a light vinegar and slight spicy taste. The ingredients for the fishball noodle includes fishball, sliced fishcake, round fishcake and some meat dumpling. All the ingredients taste fresh and especially the fishball has a very good texture with a soft and spongy texture. Overall, I think it is worth queuing for this stall and the food taste good. continue reading

This stall came strongly recommended. I was there after 1 pm. I ordered a basic bowl of fishball noodle and it came serving with a lot of ingredients like fishball, meatball, fishcake and lean meat. All these ingredients tasted very fresh. They managed to cook the noodle to near perfection. When mixed it well with their special chilli, it tasted good. This stall offers yang tau foo items too. You can pick them and add into your fishball noodle. They sold out before 2pm. continue reading

Simple, no frills and very old school bowl of fishball noodle. The fishballs are handmade, together with slices of fish cake, lean meat, nicely fried pork lard and the aromatic chilli, the end result is a well balanced fish ball noodle. If you want more then you can add some of their handmade yong tau foo to your fishball noodle. They closed before 2pm or when everything is sold out. continue reading
