Signature Dishes
I've always loved the oyster mee sua from shihlin taiwan street snacks stalls. Whenever i have the craving for it, i will buy back to eat as dinner. The mee sua is very fragrant and flavourful, there are chicken shreds and oysters as ingredients, added with the parsley and a little bit of chilli they noodle is totally irresistable. The noodle is best consumed when hot, when it gets cold it will be weird and not so delicious.

Sausage & Cheese wrap crepe! It's such a simple dish yet it is so yummy and delicious! The cheese (although not fully melted which i prefer more) and sausage make such a great combination, with some hint of sweet sauce (teriyaki sauce? not too sure). I always like the ends of the crepe more because it is crispier at the edges. It is not very filling for a meal though.

Oyster mee sua without oyster with lots of chilli is what i usually order. The queue is scary at this outlet where some outlets are just empty. Despite the queue, people are still willing to wait, and that includes me, as there isnt much food at amk to eat.And the mee sua here is decent. The service is decent as well. Haven tried the fried chicken before as i am not really a fan plus the longer waiting time!!

Well... i have to admit... this first i knew when i was a student at Plaza Singapura drumming and back then when it first came out it was about $3...Anyways... the first thing i tried was the oyster mee sua... The taste at this outlet was quite ok only...It was a rainy sunday afternoon and i was feeling budget so i had this for my lunch...Served with 3 fresh oysters mixed into the mee sua and the vinegar that they put in to put the flavor in...Not bad... quite exquisite and i was quite ok with it and since paying $3.80 for it... i was quite ok with it...

This is a must-have oyster mee sua as there were generous amount of oyster given and the mee sua is cooked to a perfect consistency. With a dash of black vinegar, it helps to enhance the flavors of the oyster mee sua. The gravy is very thick and rich and really have the taste of those authentic oyster mee sua. This is definitely a thumbs-up for me and you guys should try it out for yourself.
