疫情後的第一次回到星加坡，我迫不及待地去品嚐了沙嗲。我點了串燒套餐，有雞肉串、羊肉串、牛肉串和蝦串，讓我印象深刻的是它們非常出色的醬汁。首先，讓我提一下這家沙嗲店的雞肉串、羊肉串和牛肉串。肉串烤得略為焦黑，肉質也讓人感覺將醃製了很久。可幸的是這家店特製的醬汁的味道濃郁而香辣，與肉串的搭配非常完美。接下來是蝦串，雖然不是太新鮮，但店家非常細心已經除掉殼而且烤得恰到好處，更加重要的是經過不同香料的提香令其口感豐富。 continue reading
