I am a fan of ice cream, not so much of yogurt, but when I saw that one of this week featured flavours at Yami Yogurt was "Rose", I had to give it a try! The Yami Yogurt kiosk is located at the basement and prices and a simple guide showing how to order was also clearly displayed at the counter, making it easier for first time customers like me to know what to expect in advance. There was also a wide selection of toppings available to choose from, ranging from the healthier choices such as fruits and nuts to the more "sinful" ones like chocolate chips for those who want to indulge their sweet tooth. There was even Oreo crumbles available and I was so tempted by that! In the end, I got the Regular Size Rose Yogurt ($2.30) with Marshmallows toppings ($0.95). The total was $3.25. It looked very pretty with all those little marshmallows! The texture of the yogurt was thick and very similar to soft-serve ice cream (except that it was sourish). Sadly, it tasted more like plain, regular yogurt and I couldn't detect any tinge of the rose flavour. At least the marshmallows added a little more flavour to the yogurt, even though it was not as soft and fluffy as I'd have liked.I would have also loved to add more toppings but as it is, I thought that the price of one topping was rather steep and $3.25 was a little expensive for a small cup with just one topping. At least the salesgirl added a fair amount of toppings to the cup. She was also friendly and had smiles for her customers, so service was at least worth the price! continue reading

97% fat free and only 27 calories per fluid, its perfect for a healthy snackI normally go for their natural flavour because its less sweet.Another flavour I like is green apple. It has a tinge of sourness to it. Peach is good too, lychee is a bit too swee to my liking. You can ask for free sampling before buying!Yami yoghurt is still my favourite place for yoghurt because its price is cheaper as compared to berry lite, frolick and yoguru. continue reading

Thinking of having a dessert after your meals? try the yogurt @ yami yogurt There are many toppings for us to choose from like walnuts and a number of yogurt flavour like peach, rambutan etc. a redeem card will be given every yogurt we bought, the staff will stamp the card for us. after accumulating 10stamps, the card can be use to exchange for a free yogurt . here is our yogurt share it with my friend as he had fully accumulate 10stamps and went to exchange it for a free yogurt we choose the rambutan flavour and a topping (cannot remember the name of it already) for free The taste is nice but it would be better if they can enhance a little bit more of the rambutan as its rather blend but its still nice afterall. continue reading

My girlfriend and I simply love yogurt. We were thrilled to see that yami yogurt introduced macadamia nut flavour for their weekly special. We did not hesitate and went to purchase it. it was really delicious, had this nutty taste. the nutty taste was not overpowering, you can still taste the light refreshing yogurt taste. we opted not to have any toppings as it may just spoil the flavour of the yogurt. Hope they will put this as a permanent flavour. continue reading

When my cousin bought the frozen yogurt, I follow suit and bought the peach flavour yogurt, with the fresh kiwi fruit as topping. They have the loyalty card where we get one stamp for every $3.00 spent.I love the way the icy frozen yogurt actually melts in my mouth and it has a tinge of sweetness and sour taste. Topped with the fresh kiwi fruits, it is refreshing and cooling! There are still other flavours of yogurt and toppings so I will want to have it again! continue reading
