Celebrity chef restaurant CUT by Wolfgang Puck has recently launched their new line of steaks, which features the snowflake-marbled Hokkaido Snow Beef – an exceptionally rare and premium wagyu beef farmed at a private reserve in Hokkaido, Japan. This spectacular grade of beef has received a Beef Marbling Score of 10 and above and has delicate meat texture with marbling as fine as snowflakes. As the only restaurant in Singapore to receive this rare beef at this point, CUT is proud to offer the Hokkaido Snow Beef in premium cuts of Sirloin, Ribeye and Tenderloin steaks starting tomorrow, 23 May 2014.
