There is no doubt that white tea is good on its own, but the White Muscato Tea from Gryphon Tea Company is paired with sweet grapes and fragrant rosehips, giving it an even more complex flavour to enhance its natural sweetness.
Up your tea game by learning how to make this tea mocktail simply by tossing in a few other ingredients. Not only is this recipe perfect for the non-alcohol-loving adult, but the leftover strawberries make a good smoothie for the kids as well.
Ingredients:
90ml Gryphon White Muscato Tea
4 teaspoons of Strawberry Purée
30ml Sugar Syrup
2 Large Mint Leaves
1 Lime Wedge
Directions:
1. Brew a pot of Gryphon White Muscato Tea for 4 – 5 minutes.
2. Blend strawberries until pureed.
3. Muddle mint leaves in shaker together with strawberry puree.
4. Pour in tea, sugar syrup and squeeze in a dash of lime.
5. Add ice and give it a good shake (approx. 20 secs)
6. Serve it up and garnish with more strawberries!
