The view inside Suite 23
Located on the ground floor of Park Regis, one of Singapore’s latest boutique hotels, is a new restaurant which is ready to serve you modern European cuisine with a twist. But of course, they’ve taken your dining experience to the next level by titillating your palate with a lot of surprises when it comes to their dishes.
Should you decide to relax at Suite 23's cozy bar first, then you just gotta try their signature Blackberry Mojito. It still gives the taste you’ve been looking for in this kind of drink, yet it is also packed with health-giving anti-oxidants from the blackberry fruit. Now, isn’t that interesting?
After enjoying your drinks, you can head over to Suite Lounge, their main dining area, and just experience a gastronomic journey filled with surprises. For starters, you can have their Spiced Watermelon Soup ($12.00). This is a must-try for the taste is very unique. Imagine tasting a watermelon with a spicy juice instead of its usual sweet flavour. To top it off, it’s also got bits of crabmeat salad to complete the appetiser. A good companion to this is the Vine-tomato confit Bruschetta ($11.00) and Baked Melted Camembert on Toasted Herb Baguette ($16.00).
Other choices on Suite 23's menu are their Smoked Duck Wilted Spinach Salad ($16.00), Barramundi Carpaccio with Citrus-Sake Drizzle ($18.00), and their Pan-fried Foie Gras on Risotto ($25.00)
OK, for the finale you just have to order their steaks! Need our recommendation? Then, go for their 650gm Angus Porterhouse Steak ($123).This humongous piece of steak is flown from Australia, which makes it cut above the rest. It’s also marinated to perfection which just makes this a perfectly great dish. If you prefer bite-sized cuts, you can also have Suite 23's Angus Porterhouse Tagliata ($123). For added taste, savour it with their five equally good sauces. Just one note, it’s best to share this with your family as the serving is too big for just one person. You wouldn’t want to waste a good piece of meat, right?

Six other main courses that deserve our mention are the Australian Rib-Eye Steak, the Australian Lamb Cutlets, Smoked Baby-back Pork Ribs, Red Snapper Brochette, Kurobota Pork Sausage, and the Organic Free-range Chicken Leg.
Now, if that ain’t enough to satiate your appetite, we don’t know what would…
