This is the newest stall in this food centre. It is not too common to find a bakery in a food centre and perhaps so this stall attracted a group of regular customers. This stall offers different type of buns. My regular choices have been the Curry Bun at $1.20 and the Raisin Cream Cheese Bun at $1.50. It tasted simple and acceptable from such a humble bakery. I got a Curry Bun for my snack earlier. The bun was still warm when i held it. The ingredient of curry potato was nicely prepared to ensure its soft texture at a pretty mild spiciness. The bread was nicely soft.
All the buns are baked fresh daily right at the stall and absolutely no mass production. They only baked a few for each type of their buns. So, coming at a right timing is quite crucial if going for a particular type of bun.
