Whenever I walked pass any Eu Yan Sang, I can always smell the nice herbal aroma of tea eggs. I had tried to buy the Herbal Tea egg bag powder to make tea eggs at home but I could never get the same nice aroma from Eu Yan Sang.The Herbal Tea eggs from Eu Yan Sang were nicely and deeply braised. Even the egg white was braised to brownish colour.The egg inside the shell had nice herbal aroma, same for the herbal taste. The egg was not hard or old to eat, just nice bouncy bite of hard boiled egg.
