This is another regular lunch spot to have lunch with my colleagues. We patronising this mixed vegetable rice regularly. We always ordered a few dishes with rice from this stall. After trying few of the dishes, our most favourite has been the stir-fried brinjal with sambal chilli. The texture of the brinjal was of the right softness. The taste was enhanced by frying with the right amount of sambal chilli to give it a mild spiciness. I could taste a really slight taste of dried shrimp in this dish. This dish goes really well with the rice.
