Not often you find BKT soup so black. This soup is heavy in taste and not so commonly found. It taste strongly of herbal and to a certain extend medicinal, of course in the positive range. I had it with a bowl of you tiao. I was a tad disappointed with the pork ribs though with very little meat. Will try the pig trotter next. Stall is mend by 2 old folks.
