Nanyang Old Coffee is founded in 2007. This is expressed by the founder in their blog, "Once there was a customer asking me why I want to sell coffee? I went blank for a while and then I realised that the answer was that simple - "Just to serve someone an excellent cup of Singapore Coffee!".As suggested in their blog, their coffee beans (Robusta) are roasted with sugar and butter then blend in Arabica Beans using a special grinder to give it a aromatic and smooth taste.This is indeed one cup of really good coffee, one of the better ones that i ever came across in a food centre. I was quite skeptical initially but changed my mind after the first sip. It was really that exceptionally good. I even bothered to google on their brand name just to understand the efforts behind this cup of coffee before i write this review. I do agree that there are many factors like the selection of right coffee beans then the right amount of coffee powder with the right portion of water together with the right amount of milks contributed in making a good cup of coffee. Iced kopi and iced teh are served here together with kaya butter toast. Strongly recommended.
