Gu Zhao Wei is chinese terms translated from dialect, Hokkien (Gu Zha Bi) which tells us about traditional taste. My colleague and I ordered a portion for 2 pax and requested to be served without the skin. The total price had no different when compared to 1 pax meal. The kway chap was mild and not oily which both of us gave a thumb up for that. Just like the soup color, the braised items were not that dark like most of the Kway Chap stall. Theirs are lighter in color which was also good as we can look into the food items clearly. The portions given was better than average especially the ladies were generous with the intestines which was deemed to be more expensive than the usual stuffs like Tau Gua, eggs. Although color was abit faint, they tastes still as good, at least we dont get to see layers of oil on the dark black sauce.Cost: $3.50 (1 Pax)
