This plate of Fu Jian Mian is not your typical white fried hokkien mee. This Fu Jian Mian at $4, is stirred fried yellow noodles (flat kind) with dark sauce, pork slices, vegetable, fish cake and prawns. Since I was craving for prawns, I specially ordered one with only vegetables and prawns. The dark sauce was slightly salty, but that’s usually the case when it comes to the gravy for noodles.
