Had a yummilicous lunch at Ee Yuan! Ordered their ba chor mee which is fabulous! The minced meat is well marinated and not too dry. The fishball is very ‘bouncy’ and has a smooth texture. The sauce is very flavourful and not too salty. Overall, it was a simple yet value for money bowl of goodie!
