Jia Jia Shu Shi business focus on two kind of local dishes which is Hokkien Mee and Fried Kway Teow. Located at the 4th level of Beauty World Centre, roof top hawker centre, one would had guessed what's their specialty by a glance at the stall's stacked of egg without reading the words hanging. A typical looking Fried Kway Teow stall it is.Hokkien Mee was rather sweet with 3 kinds of noodles add in, the round yellow noodle which made up of a marjority portion followed by the thick bee hoon then the fine strings of bee hoon. They had maintained the old school standard of the delicacy with thin cut pork belly with the red hot looking chilli and lime by the side to add on the taste. It was wet enough and sweetness was enhanced by the eggs added. Although traditional, the plate of Hokkien Mee was lacking in prawn stock. Else it would fare 4 / 5 in its rating.

I like this place too. It's just next to the Char Kway Tiao stall next door. Notice the signage is similar but they are not related. This stall is manned by China born chinese, and they will make the La Mien in front of you. You will hear the pounding of flour and then pulling. haha. I usually order their Dan Dan Mee, and their onion pancake. The Dan Dan Mee has a nice meet sauce and minced meat, loads of vegetable cucumber shreds. I also love their onion pancakes, not oil at all. They usually serve dumpling but they made it the traditional Chinese way, thick skin, not really my kind of thing.
