Stepping into Kai Duck at Ngee Ann City felt like a mini trip to 1960s Hong Kong. I couldn’t resist trying their Signature Peking Duck, and wow! The skin was perfectly crisp, the meat juicy, and every bite just melted in my mouth. I also grabbed a Peking Duck Salad Hand Roll, which was playful and packed with flavor. The Wok-Fried Hot Pot Panda Rice with diced abalone was aromatic and comforting, served sizzling in its claypot. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the vibe was relaxed yet
