The FoodI ordered big and small intestine and were soft, tender, slight chewiness and cooked to perfection !! The pig skin was also soft and slight crunchiness. As for the Pig Trotters, is not the over cooked or gooey type but was soft and tender, just the way I like it in the light heavenly sauce. The Tau Pok was soaked with the sauce and had so much bite to it too. The egg was braised perfectly. The light dark sauce in which all the innards and stuff were stewed was just incredibly tasty. The ServiceThe queue can get crazily long during weekend and peak hours and the queue is just to take your orders. They will served the food to my table after taking my orders. The AmbienceAs the stall is in Hawker Center, i find that the place was not stuffy and quite cooling. The PriceSpend around $6.50 each person. Prices may seems like on the high side but all the cuts and serving portion were big and very filling.OverallThis stall has one of the best tasting Kuay Chap and as good as any of the top popular Kuay Chap stall.

Though not the most popular one but this is definitely one of the nicest, it used to be at Blanco Court a long time ago. Another regular stall that i go for kway chap. A must try if you are a big fan of those internal parts. All the internal parts are clean and well braised, and i love especially the small and large intestines served here, it did not have any odd taste which i encountered in other stalls. Nice and smooth kueh in the savory stewing sauce. The pig's trotter is another star, it is well braised and smooth, and most importantly, it is very clean. You could not detect a single hair left on the skin. Highly recommended.
