I'm not quite sure why, but I have yet to eat Ru Rou fan outside of Taiwan which is spot on what I'm used to in Taiwan. The closest I've gotten to it is Lai Lai's Ru Rou Fan, but even then the fat balance is a little too much. This Taiwan all time favourite food is really popular in Singapore. The mee sua is very smooth and very easy to swallow. The thick gravy blend in really well with the mee Sua and every mouthful of it can really taste the sweetness of it. The oysters in the mee Sua is big and fresh which give this dish that slightly sea flavour in it. Finding cheap eats in Ion orchard? this is definitely the best choice of all!If you've ever been to Taipei and had the priviliege of sampling/getting sick from their numerous street food treats/night market offerings, this place where you can find something similar to the foodie you had before in taipei!Portions are much bigger than other choices we have in singapore, at price at 3.80.
