I'm not quite sure why, but I have yet to eat Ru Rou fan outside of Taiwan which is spot on what I'm used to in Taiwan. The closest I've gotten to it is Lai Lai's Ru Rou Fan, but even then the fat balance is a little too much. However, the taste is thereA slightly healthier craving would be the Ru Rou Fan at Xiao Bar WangThe package may look small, but it's rather filling. For the price you pay for it, it's considered a cheap meal in OrchardThe meat pieces are not loaded with fat, and the veggies is a nice balance. Wish they had a little more sauce though, but the eggs are decently done.In my opinion, their Oyster Mee Sua cannot come close when compared with Shilin, however, their Yan Shu Ji (Fried Chicken seasoned with Pepper and Salt) actually wins Shilin. 繼續閱讀

Feeling a little hungry after shopping, we passed by Xiao Bar Wang and decided to try the crispy chicken. It costs around $4.50 for the crispy chicken. It tasted crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The chicken was piping hot. I like the combination of black pepper and salt seasonings on the chicken. For those who prefer spice, there is a choice of chilli powder. 繼續閱讀

This Taiwan Cruisine food stall is usually crowded with lots of people during the lunch and dinner hours. Just like me, most of them prefer to buy back their Taiwanese finger foods and dishes to bring back and eat at the comfort in their home. My favourite choices here are quite vary, but the must buy for me is their oyster mee sua. The portion is quite generous and the mee sua texture is very smooth and and easy to swallow. The oyster is very fresh and chewy too. The taste is very fragrant and it is also not too salty. 繼續閱讀

This Taiwan all time favourite food is really popular in Singapore. The mee sua is very smooth and very easy to swallow. The thick gravy blend in really well with the mee Sua and every mouthful of it can really taste the sweetness of it. The oysters in the mee Sua is big and fresh which give this dish that slightly sea flavour in it. The shredded chicken is tender and juicy, which the chicken ats have been removed from the met which make it more healthy for our health. 繼續閱讀

Finding cheap eats in Ion orchard? this is definitely the best choice of all!If you've ever been to Taipei and had the priviliege of sampling/getting sick from their numerous street food treats/night market offerings, this place where you can find something similar to the foodie you had before in taipei!Portions are much bigger than other choices we have in singapore, at price at 3.80. Love how authentic it is, flavorful, and never get enough of it! What i like the most is actually they replace oyster to meatball because I'm not a fans of oyster!Everything was really good here, i also highly recommended another comforting food which is Braised Pork Rice. 繼續閱讀
