This is another famous stall in this food centre. This stall displayed quite a number of newspaper cuttings and there was a queue of 6 people. I usually see these as a sign of guarantee for good foods. This stall is serving duck rice, kway chap and also duck kway teow or noodle. I was attracted by the big picture of duck kway teow / noodle right in front of me thus i decided to go with the duck kway teow. The serving of duck meat was fairly reasonable but they sliced it into rather small slices. I do prefer to have it in a bigger slices for better texture. The kway teow was smooth coated with a savory sauce. The soup was really good, it got a distinct herbal taste which i enjoyed thoroughly. Somehow, i do prefer the soup to my bowl of kway teow.
They do have fried shallots and chilli sauce available for your helping.
