What I like about CMCK is their soup and also the 'spare parts' from different part of a pig.Lean meat is tender, liver is cooked to the right degree and the proportion of salted vegetables is just right to add into the fragrance and enhance the taste of the soup broth.Their soup base is not too peppery and its easy going and light on your palate. Simple fare with plain rice.
