I ordered the mixed vegetable rice stall from this stall for the first time. I got a fried chicken drumstick, braised potato and sliced pork with ginger. All the dishes tasted homely and delicious. It was much better than expected. The chicken drumstick was nicely marinated then fried well to give it the crispiness without tasting too oily. The braised potato is a simple dish but they have done it well by braising it to the right softness at the right level of saltiness. The sliced pork with ginger is an another impressive dish. The sliced pork was nicely stir-fried with shredded ginger to full flavor. This is another better mixed vegetable rice stall in Ang Mo Kio.
