So far every stall that i tried at this food centre was good and this stall is the only not so good one so far.This stall is selling fishball noodles, bak chor mee and laksa. I was in the mood for spicy foods so i thought laksa might be a better choice but very much regretted it later. Though this stall displayed some certifications and newspaper cutting but sadly, the standard is not quite there. My laksa gravy was very much diluted with almost no coconut taste and the spiciness is missing too.

My laksa gravy was very much diluted with almost no coconut taste and the spiciness is missing too. i do think the gravy is the most important factor for laksa and if the gravy did not have the expected standard then this dish is very much off.
A bad choice definitely and i left it unfinished. It might be one of their off-days but it definitely left me feeling disappointed.
