Another new stall in Ayer Rajah Food Centre selling fish soup? What's make them outstanding as compared to existing hawkers in the same territory? Let's check it out.Like any other ordinary stall, they are selling fish and seafood soup but they are offering red grouper fish head soup, tom yam seafood soup.I had ordered my portion of sliced fish Mee sua soup and observed the operations during my waiting time in the queue. Each order was freshly prepared and cook thoroughly before serving therefore the waiting time is abit longer than the usual stalls. Each bowl of soup comes with a plenty amount of vegetables and fish. When asked to have more celery, the lady gave me a generous portion of it in 3 to 5 scoops. The standards of its fish soup are pretty ordinary. The soup I had was salty, most probably because of the mee sua I ordered. I noticed that their tom yam seafood soup has strong lemon grass aroma and "Lalas" are included in the dish with Asam leaves. The stall is well orientated with its ingredients neatly placed and stacked. Although the queue is long, the uncle still shows his professionalism, cooked and served every bowl steadily. Since the tom yam soup is popular within my colleagues, I will like to come back for its Tom Yam Soup!
