Was in the neighbourhood and saw the stall. They had 2 types beef (beef and tendon) at $7.50 and 3 types (beef, tendon, tripe) at $9.00 available. You get to choose the usual 4 type noodle you want your beef laid out on.Got the 2 type set, which comes with a bowl of beef soup. Yummylicious~The beef was cooked to uber-tenderness. Any more tender and I wouldn't need to chew. I'd just suck it till it melts. Same goes for the tendon. Again, yum~
