I was really in the mood for hot desserts, typically the Chinese and traditional, olden day ones and I thought of Dessert Story. Since I was on my way home, I conveniently grabbed a takeaway bowl of walnut and almond paste (mixed).The warm dessert was satisfying as usual. The texture was smooth and creamy, didn't taste unusual or unnatural, neither was it too sweet.

Heard pretty much ravings about the ice at Dessert Story , tried mine not long ago . It do lives up to its fame , I ordered mango one , quite nice but it would be better if all the mango are sweet as mine was some was sweet , some was sour. the dessert portion is also quite generous which I didn't manage to finish mine. So quite worth it for its price and good for chilling since the weather in singapore sometimes can get really warm !
