Peanut pancakes are an affordable and delicious treat for me. Though they are pretty unhealthy and fattening from all the peanuts and sugar used to make them they are delicious. These ones are good with a soft fluffy pancake being used to encase generous amounts of peanuts and sugar. The peanuts are fresh and roasted so that they are bursting with flavour and complement the overall dish well. This costs less than a dollar only!
