This is my favourite bean curd stall. The cold sweet bean curd has perfect texture - the right degree of softness and smoothness, is not too sweet and is 100% natural,i.e., made from whole soy beans, not from powder. It's made on site and takes like 10 hours from start to finish. They also have black soy milk, made from black soy beans. they used to make black bean curd, but not anymore, which is its as it was really good, nicer than the white type, a slightly more custard-like texture. The stall is open most days of the week, till about 10.30 pm.

If you are eating at River Valley Zion Riverside Food Centre, please remember to order a soya bean milk drink from House Of Soya Beans. The soya bean milk tasted perfect, it is neither too sweet or too bland. You should also order a bowl of soya milk bean curd, it is very smooth and it taste great.

This is another favorite from this food centre. And, this is still one of the nicest soya bean drinks that i have tried. I am truly convinced by those media or newspapers clips displayed at this stall. It is truly that good. I have recommended this stall to many of my friends, they agreed too after tried it. There is a nice, thick and fragrant soya bean taste and the sweetness level is well-balanced. Most importantly, their standard has been quite consistent so far.

I actually just wanted to take away some beancurd or a soys bean drink but realized they sell gluntious peanut ball. And I thought they will be in the usual sweet peanut soup but later discovered that it's in the beancurd itself. They gave 4 pieces of the peanut balls and it blended so well with the beancurd. The glutinous ball's texture was soft and chewy, quite similar to mochi. Simply delicious. So nice to have some sweets after a meal.
