As usual, we went to Tekka having our lunch. My colleague recommended me this Japan + Korean stall. The menu was just on the board in front of the stall. Ramen and rice can be chosen.The space of the stall was not too big but neat. It was self-service, we stood there while waiting our food. The ladyboss was friendly, smiling at us when we approached the stall. Traditional Japanese Ramen with Miso soup, seaweeds and cabbages were added inside. Basically, the soup was savoury and flavourful. Crispy golden fish fillet, best eaten with Mayonaise Sauce. I can tasted the freshness of the fish.Overall, the Ramen was not disappointed. Both of us like it very much.
