My dad went back to his office for work on a Saturday and came home before dinner time. Since he was driving, he went by Whampoa to get some takeaway dinner home. He got us Chinese mixed rice.This stall, is like no other, their food are cooked fresh, often just before the peak dinner crowd to ensure that the food do not turn cold after being left on the trays for hours. They also have a large varieties of dishes. My dad chose broccoli, stewed soya sauce lean pork and stir-fried potato wedges with mixed veggies. It also came with a large packet of white rice despite requesting for less. My mom and I shared a packet as the portion is usually so generous. The food are also tasty, not too salty or oily. Overall, I could say not-that-junky.. even though home-cooked meals are always the best (;
