開飯介紹
Born and bred Asian but heavily inspired by Western culture, 醉红楼 is a popular Kitchen Bar loosely translated as “Drunkard Red Floor”. It lies interposed between the famous Club Street and Ann Siang Hill. When they are not churning out Asian & Western dishes designed by Chef Brandon Teo of pluck fame, their bartenders are busy crafting quirky original cocktails like The Flower Song, served in a Chinese teapot.
