Brought a plate of mixed rice for lunch. This mixed rice includes ladyfingers with beancurd, brinjal and curry chicken. The ladyfingers has a soft and crunchy texture, seasoning is a bit bland. The beancurd has a soft texture and is not overcooked. As for the brinjal, it is soft and spongy, not oily, well seasoned, fragrance and cooked with slight sweet sauce. Lastly, the curry chicken is well cooked, chicken is soft and tender, not too hard, gravy is quite fragrance with scent of coconut milk and is not oily. The chili sauce has a mild sweet and spicy taste, not watery and goes well with the rice.
