I bought half of the roasted duck from this stall for $18. The duck was of quite a big sized. The duck was roasted well to give a smoky flavor and a crispy layer to the skin. The meat was tender, juicy and meaty too. The braised sauce and chilli were given together with the roasted duck. Both sauces go well with the roasted duck. The roasted duck can be a snack by itself or eat with rice.
