Was craving for milk tea after lunch in Chinatown Point. Usually I will go to the People's Park to get my bubble tea fix, since Koi is my favorite, but decided to try something new. The store was quite quiet, no need to queue at all, unlike where queuing is the norm at Koi. I had their A-Gan Signature Milk Tea at 50% sugar, didnt quite like it as it was quite diluted, the milk and tea proportion doesn't seems right. I am not sure if its this outlet only, coz heard quite good reviews about their signature milk tea. But again, reviews are very subjective and does not reflect everyone's opinions. It simply doesn't suit my tastes

Free a-gan tea when you download Ispree app! Well, i was at raffles and a guy was distributing brochures, so I took one and on the brochure it wrote that when you download ispree, you are able to receive a a-gan tea (with limited choice) for free! There is also instructions on how to download it. After I downloaded, I went to Chinatown point to redeem my drink since I am dropping by there. I choose their A-GAN Signature Milk Tea without pearl and with 80% sugar level, it was such a disappointment. The milk tea tasted artificial, there is a very strong artificial milk taste but i cannot find any tea taste at all. I was really disappointed. Although I requested for 80% sugar but it was not sweet at all, in fact it was very bitter. I can't imagine this is their signature. After my second sip, I decided to throw the drink away. The waiting time was very long, it took me 15minutes before I received my drink despite there were no customers in front of me.
