Just stir and toss the noodles from the bottom and you will get to see what lies beneath! Ah ha! The hidden treasures! Well, you get to find their finely cut, slim and reddish char siew meat with wan tan (dumplings) and some stalks of vegetables. The noodle packs with Q Texture and has a bouncy factor.

When you have done with your meal, just simply goes up to the counter again and ask for a bowl of soup. Anyway it looks oily and we did not finish them.

Overall, I find that the Wan Tan Mee is decent and not to die for.
