Fu Yuan Dining is a cosy spot that serves homely Chinese food with rich flavours. I tried their signature braised pork belly and it was tender with a savoury sauce that went perfectly with rice. The stir fried vegetables were fresh and had a nice crunch. Service was friendly and efficient, with staff quick to take orders and serve the food hot. 

This restaurant, known for its Teochew and Cantonese cuisine, impressed us even though we came mainly for dim sum. The interior features a modern, stylish design with a dark ceiling and exposed pipes, giving it a trendy industrial vibe.The dim sum is delicious, offering both traditional favorites and creative twists like the baked Wagyu beef cheese tart — a unique flavor combination I really enjoyed.Service, however, could use some improvement. Fu Yuan Dining is a lovely spot tucked away in Clarke Quay. The unique tableware added a nice touch, and the noise level was just right for a pleasant meal. The food felt different from typical chain restaurants, flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and portions were just right. The fried hor fun and desserts are definitely worth trying. I’ll be back to explore more dishes!

Went there with my family for my wife's birthday, tried quite a few dishes but my personal favourite is the marianted raw roe crab. I also really liked the layout and design of the restaurant cos when I eat, it makes me feel very grand haha.. Overall, the service was not bad and I think for the price of the food I will go there once in awhile when I want to splurge bah
