For a light meal, I ordered a bowl of glass noodles with a mix of fishballs & meatballs. From the irregularly-shaped balls, you can tell it's handmade. Also, you can taste more of the freshness of fish meat or pork (for the meatballs) within instead of flour. The soup is not overly salty and is light-tasting. It will still be considered tasty for someone with a light taste palate. The addition of tong cai (冬菜), chopped spring onion and fried garlic pieces created a very nice fragrance to the soup.
